Russell
Russell Cranberry Company is a four
generation operation. Started in the
late 1930's by Vance Russell, it
produced it's first crop in 1940. Vance Russell's Son, Harold Russell,
purchased the farm in the late '60s and it is now being run (purchased in 2004)
by Harold's Son, Allen. It grew from a little over one acre to the
size it is today.
The company strives to be
environmentally safe, using best management practices and integrated pest management.
Striving to be compliant with all state and
federal regulations, Russell Cranberry Company has worked with
the NRCS office to produce a farm plan to meet all standards. Russell Cranberry Company endeavor's to
harvest a high quality cranberry that is both healthy and safe!
