The President and Mrs. Bush participated in an Arrival Ceremony at the
White House for the Prime Minister of Australia and Mrs. Howard. After
the ceremony, President Bush met with Prime Minister Howard, followed by
a joint press availability.
In the afternoon, the President made remarks to the 2005 WNBA
Champion Sacramento Monarchs. The President and Mrs. Bush ended their
day at an Official Dinner with the Prime Minister of Australia and Mrs.
Howard, which will be followed by entertainment.

Olympic and Paralympics Teams. In the afternoon, he signed the Tax
Relief Extension Reconciliation Act of 2005. This legislation extends
the President's 2003 tax cuts on dividends and capital gains.
